I've been using vox for a few months now and honestly, I really love it! My only dissatisfaction was restriction of the HTML which prevents me from putting local ads (that made me missed out quite alot of events). I decided to move to blogsot instead (eventho I feel less comfortable compared to VOX).
To my friends in Vox, please do visit me in my new blog. And for Jamie, come post some comments! I'll come visit you like old times! You are a real good motivation for me to blog in my early days of vox. My new blog will be at:

When I was a kid, my parents always tell me "Don't fight in school, if someone provokes you...just ignore them." I guess this is part of a Chinese family's tradition. I'm was "partially" obedient child back then, I listened to everything my parents told me, but I only remembered a small portion of them.
Honestly, I never liked fighting. It's always people who want to start a fight with me. I know it sounds a little crazy, but there are people who find the act of provoking others to start a fight is a fun thing to do. Usually, I'm not the one who starts the fight. I'm always waiting, waiting for the other person to gimme a punch. I treat that as a licence to fight, if I get a punch I know I can go all out and fight without holding myself back. It's a good exercise!
However, there are times I don't need a licence to fight. I find it kinda funny for myself too. When people say bad things about me, curse me, swear to me or whatever, I don't feel a thing. I don't find the need of starting a fight without acquiring a licence. When people say bad things about my family & friends, I'll lose control of myself becoming a beast fueled by anger and start the fight myself. Basically I'm not looking for an apology, I feel so pissed that I just want to beat the shit out of that person who said those things.
Well, those are my past. I'm more evolved right now compared to last time. =P

This movie is the remake of the movie with the same title from 1959 (wow, my parents were still kids at that time!). The story revolves around a professor (Brendan Fraser) who leads his nephew with a mountain guide into the center of the Earth following the footsteps of his long lost brother. During this adventure, they encountered dangerous terrain, unstable climate as well as prehistoric creatures (friendly & dangerous). However, time is closing in on them as they find a way to return to the surface...
Unlike the 1959's version, this movie comes in 2D and 3D for the perfect cinema experience. The storyline for this classic movie is simple with a hint of family values in it. Brendan Fraser managed to add some fun into this movie for the laughs. In my opinion, this movie is worth the watch if you are going for the 3D version.Kids would love it!
All and all, I rate this movie (3D version) as 3 stars out of 5. For your convenience, the trailer is just below. Enjoy!
Well...I found this video accidentally while looking for another video. Like the title said, this is the alternate ending of I Am Legend by Will Smith. I guess I prefer this ending better as the main character lived in the end. Anyway, enjoy!
Before I begin, I would like to give credit to Miu for giving me a chance to catch this movie on the first day of its release. Honestly, I find it hard to recognize her as she looks brighter today (she looks more mysterious with her cap on the other day during Baking Workshop). Thanks for the show even though I'm just a substitute. =P
I have only one word for this show "EXCELLENT!" Because of that, I'm going to minimize the numbers of spoilers as much as I can. So what's so GREAT about this movie "The Dark Knight"? Well, let me summarize everything in 4 simple points:
1) The Atmosphere - The director, Christopher Nolan did a really good job in pulling out the best from the movie. He created an atmosphere in the movie like I was actually in it! I haven't had this sensation for ages, it was like I'm being sucked into the movie. I actually felt the insecurity, the suspense and the chaos in Gotham City. No where is safe, no one can be trusted and there could be a bomb anywhere!
2) The Acting - The late Heath Ledger played his role well as the Joker (even better than Jack Nicholson the Original Joker). You can really feel that he's insane and merciless through the way he speaks and acts. The best part was his voice, it doesn't even sounds like his! For Christian Bale, he is in his usual style, slow, steady and cool (I realise when he is wearing his mask, I tend to focus on his teeth more, he could use some bracers =P)
3) The Story - There's a good twist in the story, it wasn't just about good guys fighting bad guys and sending them off to the prison. We get to see how good guy can be pushed into becoming the bad guy. There's many philosophies as well as moral values in the movie. If I talk more on this I would reveal some spoilers, anyway for your info there's two villains in this movie!
4) The Gadgets - There's certainly more technology in this movie. We get to see how his vehicle evolved into a bike, we get to see him developing Daredevil's ability and if you wanna know more, watch it!
Overall I would give this show 4.5 stars out of 5. It's even worth watching the 2nd time if you asked me! Here's the movie trailer, enjoy...
Hmm...found these two videos while looking through youtube. Kingdom Hearts is one of my all time favourite playstation 2 game. It's coombines Squaresoft games (Final Fantasy) and Disney (basically every character from Disney's cartoon). For the songs, they are sang by non other than Utada Hikaru. Enjoy!
Sorry guys,I know it's kinda late for me to review this movie. Just couldn't get myself to sit down and blog about this, I guess the procrastination is in season. Frankly, I thought this show would really be different like coming out with new ideas or so since hollywood is typically running out of ideas (we can see they are adopting comics "Marvel", Japanese horror "The Ring" and soon manga "Dragon Ball"). To me this story of "Hancock" is another version of "pick & mix". Meaning they are "picking" up a few storylines from other movies and "mixing" it to make a new movie which is called Hancock. I came up with the conclusion that Hancock has the similarities with the two movie listed below:
Superman : I'm sure this is pretty obvious to everyone. Having superhuman abilities like strength and levitation that's the trademark of Superman (aka Clark Kent). Similar to Superman, Hancock is like the only one earth (even though later he found out that he wasn't really alone) and wanting to find out about his true origins.
City of Angels : Yes, the show stars Nicholas Cage and Meg Ryan. It's a classic with Goo Goo Dolls singing the "Iris" which is still popular even till this day. In this show, it tells of an Angel falling in love and the consequence of falling in love is become human which will lead to aging followed by death. For Hancock, they did mentioned they are immortals at first and people thought they were angels. However, if one of them were to fall in love with another (angel), they will lose their powers, become vulnerable and start aging like a human. Another similarity is that, in the end the two destined lovers could not be together (Nicholas Cage could not be with Meg Ryan because she died in an accident in the end, Will Smith could not be with Charlize Theron because if they stay too close one fo them will die).
In this case, the movie "Hancock" actually gave Angels the power of Superman. And love is like the kryptonite. Since both of the Angels still love each other, they decided to separate so that each other could live longer (ironic ain't it?).
All and all, this show is more to drama then Superhero action. If you guys are into drama & lovey dovey movies, go for it. But if you guys are into Superhero movies like Ironman, forget it! You might get disappointed! =P
